Refund & Cancellation Policy

Exchange

We are trying hard to serve your order to your appropriate products and sizes. In case if you received the wrong product or its unfit to your size, you can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery.

  • All Products must be unused, unwashed and returned with the original packing and Tags when we receive it.

 In case, the order does not meet the above conditions exchange request will not be processed.

Return Policy

You can replace or exchange the products bought within 7 days of delivery only! We do not have any pickup arrangement for any exchange orders. Kindly visit our store to exchange the item or you can also courier it to our address given within 7 days of delivery.

Please Note : There is no Refund. Courier charges will apply again to reship the product.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once the order is shipped or out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

  • clothinghub reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Product unavailability

    • Incorrect pricing or product information

    • Payment issues

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund on Cancellation

If cancelled before shipment, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

Booking & Cancellation Rules

All tour bookings with Zentrip Equipments & Transport are confirmed only after full or partial advance payment, as specified at the time of booking. Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing via official communication channels. Verbal or informal requests will not be considered valid. Zentrip reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, or operational issues.

Refund Eligibility & Charges

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to cancellation timing and service costs already incurred. Cancellation charges may apply to cover administrative, accommodation, transport, and booking expenses. No refunds shall be provided for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or unused services. Refund processing time, if approved, may vary based on payment method and banking procedures.

Non-Refundable & Liability Disclaimer

Certain tour packages, promotional offers, and special bookings may be strictly non-refundable. Zentrip shall not be liable for any losses, injuries, delays, or disruptions caused by natural events, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our control. Participation in tours is at the customer’s own risk, and by booking a tour, the customer agrees to all terms stated in this policy.
